TERMS OF SERVICE
Following are terms and conditions applicable to our customers
- For signing up with Marutinandan to get medicines delivered, we will require all the documents uploaded for successful registration
Documents required : Drug License, ID Proof, GST certificate, contact details, address, owner contact number
- SMNPPL team shall review the details provided and reach out to you in case of any queries
- Monthly statement outstanding should be cleared by 10th of next month
- COVID safety measures are in place, Zero-touch OTP based delivery services are provided to minimize risk of spreading, that’s why mobile number is mandatory without which customer experience will be impacted
Shipping Policy
- Medicine delivery shall be made the same day for order received during the day, and next day if received in the evening.
- Shipping medicines to Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad
- We use Zero touch OTP based delivery, so will require OTP at the time of delivery from the person at the store. Make sure their contact number provided is for someone who is at the store.
Cancellation & Refund policy;
- Medicines once sold can be returned within 3 days in case of any issues.
- Expired items shall be collected from 1st to 10th of every month only.
- The credit notes are adjusted into the monthly statements generated for each customer.
- Statements emailed every month shall include the credit note showing adjustments.
